After many hours researching on the net and on the high street, this is the first time that i have purchased a laptop over the net, so was a little apprehensive about what to expect. I need not have worried!!
The laptop is well built and solid to hold. In many ways it is the dell standard but its firm and the keys are very responsive with the lightest of touch
The screen is a delight to view, crisp and clear. The mousepad is responsive, and also benefts from multi touch. The type of keyboard was a key consideration for the wife, and this Dell does not disappoint. The keyboard is well laid out and is comfortable.
The pre-installed trial software is kept to a minimum, but easy enough to uninstall.
The battery life so far is comparable to other brands remembering that this is not a pricey laptop - averaging three hours - but if you are only surfing then this can be more
