Delivery spot on. Could have used a written instruction manual,but there was enough to start and get on line. Researched the product beforehand, and it lives up to the reviews in the mags. Touchpad is very sensitive and care has to be taken when typing on the nice keyboard. Numeric keys are good. Good screen,but must be opened to correct angle or looks faded,and if you wantto do a lot a video or photo work,a bigger monitor would be handy.Good value,but I saw it for
